In the Matter of Applications of Distribution Licence(s)
The Distribution Companies including IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, LESCO,
MEPCO, QESCO, and HESCO Have submitted applications for renewal of their Distribution
License (s) in terms of Regulation 13 of NEPRA Licensing (Application, Modification,
Extention and Cancellation) Procedure Regulations 2021.
In this regard, the Authority had already sought comments from relevant
stakeholders, interested/ affected persons/parties, and the general public through
notices in the press. In consideration of the comments received from various
stakeholders, the Authority has now decided to hold a joint public hearing on the matter
as per the following schedule:-

All the relevant stakeholders, interested/ affected persons/parties, and the general
